Indos provide a free 24 hour support line, which can be used free of charge by our clients for any queries or problems with the software or hardware.
Indos makes no annual charge for the support of installed systems. Time is only charged in the event a site visit is required. Time is billed in 15 minute intervals. An hourly rate is provided in the quotation. You only pay for on site time, there is no charge for travelling etc.
Indos will provide training on any supported software as required. Our training takes place at your premises and is charged at our normal hourly rate. There is no additional charge for numbers attending the training. Training can be taken as and when needed, the minimum time however is two hours.
Special Program Requirements
Indos also write bespoke applications, for clients and are happy to discuss any requirements. The writing of software is normally undertaken on a fixed price basis, so the client knows from day one the cost. Jargon is avoided.
Indos supply, install and support networks ranging from two computers to wide area networks. We also install all the necessary cabling.
The Internet And Email
Indos are an Internet provider so can provide Internet connection solutions from a single computer to large networks. As a member of the Internet authority we can register domains and provide emails addresses ranging from a singe address to unlimited addresses.
Indos sell a wide range of computer hardware. The computers sold by Indos are manufactured by Epic a large PLC, UK company. All come with 12 months on site warranty as standard. In the event of any problems, an engineer will turn up at your premises and fix the machine, no need to box the thing up and return it.
We can also provide branded goods from the likes of HP, Sony and Toshiba if required.
